1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any website, application, or service operated by Be Curious Labs LLC ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all products and services operated by Be Curious Labs LLC, including but not limited to becuriouslabs.com, Toddl Talk, Walk Up MVP, ADU Builders & Contractors, Verified Pool Pros, and any websites we build and host for clients.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or spam content
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from our services without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity

3. Accounts

Some services require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Directory Listings

Our directory services (ADU Builders & Contractors, Verified Pool Pros) contain business listings compiled from publicly available sources. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all information is current or complete.

• Claiming a listing: Business owners may claim their listing to manage their profile. You must be authorized to represent the business you are claiming.
• Lead delivery: Leads submitted through our directories are provided as-is. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or conversion of any lead.
• Reviews: User-submitted reviews reflect individual opinions and are not endorsed by Be Curious Labs.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Some services require payment (subscriptions, credits, or one-time purchases). By making a purchase, you agree to the following:

• All payments are processed by third-party providers (Stripe, Apple, Google)
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the respective app store
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us for assistance
• Lead credits are non-refundable once used to unlock a lead

6. Client Websites

For websites we build and host for clients:

• We retain ownership of the underlying code and infrastructure
• Client content (text, images, logos) remains the property of the client
• Hosting continues as long as the subscription is active
• Upon cancellation, we can provide an export of client content upon request

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, code, and branding on our websites and applications are the property of Be Curious Labs LLC unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

For directory services specifically, we do not endorse, guarantee, or verify the qualifications, quality of work, or licensing status of any listed contractor beyond what is stated on their profile.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Be Curious Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Be Curious Labs LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will post the updated terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
